Code of Ethics
Tinzon Group Members uphold the highest standards of practice which are aligned with the Code of Ethics adopted by the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
Any client engaged in on-going and regular business with any Tinzon Group Member will be deemed out of bounds by the respective Member for its executive search activity, unless the express approval of the client is obtained.
Members respect the confidentiality of client and candidate information which shall be used only for the purpose of conducting the assignment.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
Before agreeing to undertake a search assignment, the Member shall declare to the client any potential conflict of interest which may impair the consultant’s ability to perform the assignment.
Candidate and client will be presented to each other only with their full knowledge and approval.
While maintaining regular contact, Members will strive to be accurate in all communications with clients and candidates. Both parties will be encouraged to exchange relevant and accurate information.
All search assignments will be conducted competently, with an appropriate degree of knowledge, thoroughness and urgency.
Members will act in the interest of clients and candidates at all times.
References in respect of any candidate shall be undertaken in an objective and professional manner and with the knowledge and consent of the candidate. The results will be reported in full to the client.
